On December 3, we hosted a delegation from the most important and influential conservative think tank in the United States, The Heritage Foundation, led by Jay Richards, Director of the DeVos Center for Life, Religion and Family and William E. Simon Senior Research Fellow. Also, we were joined by Grace Melton, Senior Associate at the Richard and Helen DeVos Center for Life, Religion and Family; and Alex Halton, Manager of Campaigns and Partnerships at The Heritage Foundation.
The meeting addressed various issues such as the worrying development of gender ideology in U.S. society, especially in relation to the development of laws that favor gender changes among children and young people; the situation of the family and its commitment to homeschooling against the ideologization of the classroom, as well as the recent victory of Donald Trump in the U.S. elections.
The Heritage Foundation is the most important and influential conservative think tank in the United States with which CEU-CEFAS has a collaboration for the most outstanding students of the University Expert Degree in Leadership and Civic Engagement to develop their research stay for three months.
