The student of the second edition of the University Diploma of Expert in Leadership and Civic Engagement, Yesurún Moreno, has begun his training scholarship at the Res Publica Institute in Chile.

For three months our student will work researching on the Chilean nationalism of the twentieth century, from the notion of State of Mario Góngora, one of the most important intellectuals of the twentieth century.
